Refund Policy

DadBods means DadBods Pty. Ltd.

the Customer means You!

Interface means the DadBods website found at www.dadbods.net.au

Capitalised terms are defined in the section entitled “Definitions” at the end of this document.

  • Introduction to Terms

  • This document outlines DadBods Refund Policy for Goods sold via the Interface.
  • By purchasing Goods via the Interface, the Customer agrees to the Terms set out in this Refund Policy.
  • Refund/Exchange for Damaged Goods

  • DadBods offers a full Refund for Goods that are Damaged upon delivery, subject to the following terms:
  • The Damaged Goods must returned to DadBods by the Customer via post to the address supplied in the Return Slip.
  • The Damaged Goods must be received by DadBods at the return address within 14 days of the Goods originally being sent to the Customer.
  • A full Refund will only be given if the Return Slip has been completed in full.
  • All Refunds are given at the sole discretion of DadBods.
  • The Refund will be returned to the Customer via the same payment gateway used to purchase the Goods.
  • The Refund amount will exclude any and all payment gateway, postage and handling fees.
  • DadBods offers an exchange for Damaged Goods, subject to the following terms:
  • The Damaged Goods may only be exchanged for a non-damaged version of the same Product, not another Product, regardless of the price.
  • The Damaged Goods must returned to DadBods by the Customer via post to the address supplied in the Return Slip.
  • The Damaged Goods must be received by DadBods at the return address within 14 days of the Goods originally being sent to the Customer.
  • An exchange will only be given if the Return Slip has been completed in full.
  • All exchanges are made at the sole discretion of DadBods.
  • The non-Damaged Goods will be sent to the Customer within 14 days of the receipt of the Damaged Goods by DadBods.
  • Refund/Exchange for Change of Mind

  • DadBods does not offer a Refund or Exchange for change of mind.
  • Any change of mind is at the discretion of the Customer and therefore at no fault of DadBods.
  • Refund/Exchange for Incorrect Size

  • DadBods does not offer a Refund or Exchange for incorrect sizes.
  • Where appropriate, the Customer is informed of all necessary sizing via the Interface to ensure incorrect sizes are not chosen. Any purchase of Goods in incorrect size is at the discretion of the Customer and therefore at no fault of DadBods.
  • Amendment

  • DadBods may amend the Terms of this Policy at its sole discretion. By purchasing Goods from the Interface at the time of or after any such amendment, the Customer agrees to the amended Terms.

  • Entire agreement

  • The Terms represent the entire Policy between DadBods and the Customer in relation to Refunds and Exchanges.

  • Definitions

  • Damaged Goods

    means Goods that have significant damage upon receipt.

     

    Exchange

    means returning goods in exchange for another version of the same product.

     

    Goods

    means the physical products sold at www.dadbods.net.au

     

    Refund

    means returning goods in exchange for the amount of money that was spent to purchase them.

     

    Return Slip

    means the slip provided in each delivery of goods.

     

    Terms

    means the terms and conditions set out in this document.
