Group Sessions at Raymond Park, Kangaroo Point

We are currently running the following weekly Group Sessions at Raymond Park, Kangaroo Point:

  • Tuesday Morning Strength 5:45 - 6:30AM with Coach Brodie
  • Friday Morning Movement & Mobility 5:45 - 6:30AM with Coach Toby

These sessions are designed so that our DadBods can enjoy a fun but challenging workout with a group of like-minded men.

We talk, we workout, we laugh, and then we go for coffee afterwards!
