We also focus on movement quality & education to ensure you know what you should be doing to help yourself outside of our sessions!
As always, our sessions are infused with the typical DadBods humour & quality conversation that our members have come to know & love!
The initial sign-up fee ($25) covers your first training session, your very own DadBods training t-shirt, and our introductory eBook - which cuts through the BS to deliver relatable, digestible health & fitness information.
The weekly recurring payment ($15) will be set up through a direct debit to ensure paying for your DadBods sessions is as pain-free as possible - just keep an eye out for the second email from us once you purchase this package!
